We accept most PPO insurance plans on an out-of-network basis. We are in-network with Cigna and some of the Blue Shield plans. We are also providers for CorVel and HealthSmart Workers Compensation companies.
We do NOT accept Covered California Blue Shield Plans or any plans that go through American Specialty Health.
If you are using your health insurance to pay for services, the process is following:

After we receive a filled-out form, we will gladly check your insurance coverage for acupuncture care as part of our services.

If you have insurance coverage for acupuncture, we will bill your insurance for you.

Please keep in mind that you have full financial responsibility should your insurance company deny payment for a claim or a portion of a visit.
